BUYER BEWARE
I bought 2 batteries. Each battery when fully charged, lasts less than 2 hours of use. New battery usually holds 3 hour charge. The batteries that I replaced were as good as these.

Hepa EF-1 Filters
They work fine. I change the filter every time that I change the vacuum bag.

I Like It.
The program loaded easy, and works great. I did not contact Microsoft by phone or internet and I was not prompted to contact Microsoft at all. I would recommend this, if it's what you are looking for. Thank you.
