Good stereo for the money
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich I bought the Pioneer DEH-P47DH for my sons 1999 Grand Am. I really like the fact that it is a 1.5 din which is the proper size for the car. The wiring harness adapter made connecting a breeze. The only place I had any problem was a clearance issue with the bolts on the installation hardware. The radio would almost slide back into place and then it would hit something. It turned out to be the bolts for the brackets to install the radio. Once I realized that was hitting it was a pretty simple fix.
The sound quality is very good. I replaced the stock 6x9 speakers with a couple of better quality 6x9's. It made a big difference on the sound quality. I think this can still be improved on since we are still running the stock 6" speakers in the doors. That will be the next upgrade.
Overall I would rate the Pioneer DEH-P47DH as a good stereo. Installation was simple and the sound quality is good.
