Zumba—Not for everyone, but great program!
I would not recommend this set to everyone. You need an understanding of rhythm, prior dance/routine based strengths, ability to do extremely fast aerobics and change your routine in an instant, and a lot of stamina. This isn’t the one for a beginner. Try an easier DVD. Would not recommend to anyone with prior muscle or joint injury. This is a very intense workout set that will test all of your muscle groups and flexibility points repetitively. However, if you feel confident in all of that, these routines will push you consistently, and if you follow the weekly schedule, your strength and muscle tone is improved quickly. You’ll sweat buckets and you will feel it later/the next day. Challenging!
