Seems sturdy, haven't caught any fish yet
Net seems sturdy. Very compact when folded up. Easy to assemble. I haven't landed and fish yet with it however so I can't speak to it's over all strength with a fish in there. The net is a soft poly type material that will not tangle or injure a fish. My one concern is the front of the net is a beaded string of soft poly non-rigid material similar to the netting, strung across the front to provide the 3rd side of the net, making it into the triangular shape when assembled. This 3rd side is pulled taut when the net is fully expanded. This area appears like it could be a weak point when bringing in a fish. If this was made of a light metal chain or ball bearing type chain like for dog tags it would make me feel more assured. This non-rigid 3rd side is necessary to allow the net to fold down into a compact package. Otherwise the net appears to be very nice, sturdy, easy to take to your fishing site, easy to assemble and break down, and a good value. I would recommend it.
