Excellent Water Bottle
Very sturdy, very smooth with no rough edges. Survived an accidental drop test, five feet onto concrete floor, not a crack or scratch. When filled with water, turned upside down over night. zero leaks.

kefir grains
Kefir grains are very good to produce a working milk ferment. Probiotic product has corrected 3 cases of IBS-D
and IBS-C, and 1 case of painful STOMACH ULCER within first few days of use. Kefir is easy to use and inexpensive to make. U-TUBE VIDEO'S show many ways to make Kefir, pick one and follow process. Kefir is a very inexpensive alternative to comercial probiotic products which only contain a small amount of different types of useful bacteria. Kefir contains 30 to over 50 types of bacteria plus a multitude of vitamins. As a result of the fermentation, very little lactose remains in kefir. People with lactose intolerance are able to tolerate kefir, provided the number of live bacteria present in this beverage consumed is high enough (i.e., fermentation has proceeded for adequate time). It has also been shown that fermented milk products have a slower transit time than milk, which may further improve lactose digestion.
