2nd best to only another pentel Mechanical Pencil, but not by much.
But if you include cost, #1 superior mechanical pencil. Has all of the good features, .7 lead, big and long eraser, grip has a great feel, and the metal clip for the pocket. Seems durable enough... I like them a lot...
