Decent Cheap Battery
As far as cheap batteries go, it's pretty good. I bought mine elsewhere about two years ago and it's still fine.

Plastic except for mounts and arms.
The arms and mounts for the mirrors seem to be made well, but the mirror and the all other chrome parts are cheap plastic.

Poorly made, but not awful
It's not awful, but the cap that comes with it will not screw on tight. The cap from the factory reservoir will screw on tight on it even though the threading seems loose prior to bottoming out tightly. One of the tabs to hold the reservoir in place snapped of when trying to install it as well. Currently, I have it Zip tied in place.
