Wellness Formula changed my health!!!

Mostly a core workout
The workout is narrated well and the demonstration of beginner as well as intermediate exercise is helpful. I was disappointed in the lack of upper and lower body work. This video concentrates of core exercises. I did not feel that I got a "Full Body" work out with this video.
