If you liked the book....
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich you'll love the movie....wasn't sold on Anton Yelchin as Odd but, man, did he take it and run. Addison Timlin was great as Stormy as well.....the chemistry was obvious. The writing's a little stilted at times, but, honestly, so is Koontz's.
I was looking forward to sequels (which nobody says usually) until tragedy struck Anton....from what you saw of his public persona, it seemed very much like his private persona....just a very sweet guy. Wish you were still here, Anton....you sure seemed like one of the good ones.

SCARY bad guys written almost TOO well.
I have a problem with men writing first person female protagonists...I feel very few can pull it off. Cody pulls it off. This is the genre I feel very comfortable in, crime, serial crime, whodunits, what have you. I didn't expect much when I first grabbed this book, now I've bought all 4 for two other people. The bad guys are disturbingly well written...I fear for Mr. McFadyen's sanity...seriously. That being said, they're great reads, I found myself racing through them, I HAD to know what was going to happen.
I feel certain, if hunting serial criminalists is your thing, you will absolutely enjoy all 4 of Cody's books. I recommend reading them in order. Happy reading!
