Works perfectly.
Lightweight, sturdy, smooth, fit well. Not the cheap, clunky rails that Dell also sells, these are the better ones. No screws needed, as they have locking clips that connect to the rack. My R430 slid right in.

Works perfectly.
Works perfectly in my R430. The system saw both cards in the module, and I was able to set them up in RAID 1 configuration. Works great.
