If quality is what you want this product offers it at an affordable price.
I currently use Smash-box's waterproof eyeshadow because I have oily eyelids and have too use a waterproof eyeshadow, that won't dissipate, this is get the job done. It stand against the humidity of the day regardless of the season. It stays put all day and doesn't dissipate. I recently order more from ebay at a phenomenon price and am loving it! Oh! it really last a long time before drying out like two plus years.

"Lightweight with staying power"
I have oily skin and this product keeps me from shining. I apply it after lightly moisturizing, then I apply my Mac skin finishing powder only because I didn't want on foundation, went out in 93 degrees weather, still holding strong. I really like this primer.
