Perfect for use in a small travel trailer!
Heats water quickly. I have it set to use without mixing with cold water. Took a shower without too much temperature variation. My only complaint was in matching up the proper sized LPG supply line with the included barbed connector. The exhaust doesn't get so hot that I can't lay my hand on it. However, I did vent the exhaust outside of my trailer due to the humidity and carbon monoxide produced from the propane combustion.

Proven and rugged
The major con for this item is that it's diameter is equal to the lug pattern of the wheel it is on, making it difficult to get a torque wrench on the lugs.
