Classical Stretch Complete Season 10 Strength & Flexibility

Great program - highly recommend

I have been exercising daily with Classical Stretch and Essentrics for over 2 months now and I have never felt better. I started this regime to help with the aches and pains of getting older (I am 57 and work in a primarily sedentary job) and it has really worked. I have lost 10 pounds and my energy level is much improved. The routines are completely do-able for a person of my age and not excessive. Miranda has an engaging and likable personality and is not over the top as is the case with many of the exercise gurus's. I would definately recommend this program.
