A great piece of kit.
This item is a great product. Easy to assemble and to use. I have health problems which mean a strong abdominal core is now and forever essential for me. It's great for use at home and accompanies me to the gym..
Any criticisms? It could be lighter and possibly more portable? Its robust build quality makes it a bit heavy. Overall, I love it and recommend it!

Essential!
I love this massage balm! It has become an essential part of my pre and post workout routine. Whether warming up or warming down, I will not be without it. Love the fragrance and spreads well.

Effective.
