Valuable resource for food exploration with spices.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I bought the book more for good information about using spices . In that regard, it's a valuable font of information. His own diet history is a compelling story. Although some of the recipes are more complex than I would want to take on I have made some of his spice blends. It has been a valuable resource, particularly his listing at the end of the book about which spices to use with various vegetables and fruit. Also, he gave some good ideas about food substitutions for a healthier diet.
