Very Detailed, Great for Instructors
This book is very informative, highly descriptive of different types of yoga. It is more than a basic exercise book. It includes case studies and research results for people with different medical problems and how they respond to yoga. It also includes exercise guidelines and precautions for people with medical problems. As a health and fitness professional, I found this book very helpful and would recommend it for other instructors.

Good quality
This book was a great value so I bought two copies. Just what my son and a friend needed for college class. A newer edition will soon be available, so if buying for a class, check to be sure you get the edition required.
