Fast service, but a little unsure...

I use Tea Tree oil for my spots, so I am quite familiar with the scent, but both bottles smell like something completely different. Will be try some test patches on my skin before attempting on any spots. To be fair, for the low price I can't grumble too much, but I am a bit nervous about using it.
