X230t The BEST LENOVO ever, maybe the best designed laptop ever!!
The Lenovo X230, specifically the tablet version denoted by the product code X230t is in my opinion the best design laptop ever. It has the legendary LENOVO business chassis, tough and able to withstand everything including spilling ones coffee over the keyboard. You can open it up and change the components easily, memory, harddrive. The i7 version is fast, couple it with an SSD drive and this third gen laptop flies.
This is not all, the screen cleverly swivels and changes the laptop into a table. The superb IPS screen is touch both by ones finger and also with the supplied pen that slots into its doc on the right side.
One can buy the splice battery that fits like a glove ovr the base of the laptop, giving over 11 hours of life. A dock is connect the same way giving expansion to a DVD drive and other options.
This laptop is small, 12.5" screen so very portable but it still has all the connections, HDMI out, Dsub out, USB 2.0 and USB3.0. Useabiliy is also top notch, Intel 6205 advanced Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, up to 16Gb memory.
And of course the keyboard, the one and only Ultranav is still unbeaten for design and if you get the optional backlit version it is just great.
Install a 500Gb SSD and split into two partitions, install Windows 7 on one and Windows 10 on the other. The Lenovo support website is just perfect keeping your X230t uptodate and fit.
