Manufacturing issues...
Once I received the control box and opened the package, there was some type of black carbon/tar substance everywhere. It appears that the capacitor had spewed its contents out, and the connection tabs were covered with green corrosion.

Missed the mark
Even in slightly windy conditions the panels blew out.
