made a world of difference in my kitchen. I have been successful as a home cook for some years now, but never concentrated on using cast iron. Inside this book I can learn to make cakes, main dishes, pies both sweet and savory, baked potatoes, roasts, chops, bacon! Eggs, pancakes, hash browns, breads, desserts., appetizers in 1 pan...Y-E-S and so can you! This is such an in-depth resource with specifics, origins, easy instructions, oh the browning cast iron gives is BEAUTIFUL! And I never knew that... like, where have I been? Buy it, learn it, live it.
