Hopeful for remedil advice
The unit looks good and if I can get it working properly I will be quite satisfied with my purchase. However, although with the unit empty, both the pepper and the salt buttons seem to work OK, when loaded with pepper corns and pressing the P button to grind pepper corns, often nothing happens. Repeated pressing of the button starts the grinder but the button sticks down and has to be pressed a few times before the switch releases resulting in no control of pepper quantity. I only have salt flakes and have not yet tried them as I am not sure what type of salt product would give best results. What type of salt crystals are recommended? Art Taylor
