  First thing is read the description fully. This is just the bag with no poles. To be honest, I think it is slightly overpriced just for a bag, (hence 4 stars). However, I had excellant communications with the seller, who even though she pointed out, the description does say "NO POLES", she was prepared to refund the sale. As it happens I managed to buy poles elsewhere, so I kept the bag.

  The original picture with the listing showed the poles next to bags, We have changed the pictures to reflect that it is causing confusion. With the cost of the material, time, driving to the Post Office how much profit would they make ?
