The power isn't very strong. You have to gently use it or the roller will stop. It definitely takes off skin. It has become part of my routine foot care. I prefer it over a rasp.
It wouldn't turn on at first. I had to switch it on and then screw the bottom battery compartment on making sure the roller was spinning and didn't turn off.
Overall, my feet feel smoother and look better. I would definitely recommend this tool.

Headlamp
I bought three of this model. I bought other headlamps and they are not as bright as this one. It works great. I can see with great detail. I use the light everyday at work and at home fixing and repairing things. I love the clarity.
Just be careful about the acid that builds up on the batteries. One time I took the batteries out and accidentally rubbed my eye with my hand afterwards. I went to sleep that night and my eye was burning. I had to run lots of water on eye. These batteries produce more acid than a regular battery.
