Big improvement without spending too much
I already had good pickups in my Les Paul, but cheap pots, caps and wiring let it down. Wired in the new switch, jack and harness and the difference was a very noticable gain in tone, volume and clarity. Bourne pots are super smooth. Money well spent and high quality product from Toneman.

Reverb lets it down.

I bought it more for the reverb.....As per other reviews, the reverb starts out pretty good on low settings, but as you get 1/2 way and above, it starts making wierd "Star Wars" sounds (think light sabre fight). Swooshing and popping noises. If you want a great reverb, look at the Boss 63 Reverb pedal. More expensive, but great sounding.

Quality strap locks for under $30. Could save you hundreds of $$$ and heart ache....
I have 4 sets of Schaller strap locks. I have bought cheaper ones, but will stick with these from now on. The quality of the spring and retaining mechanism provides a firm "lock" once your guitar clicks in. If you have guitars worth hundreds or even thousands of dollars each, it seems stupid to buy cheap strap locks and risk damaging your axe. Spend $25-$30 and get a genuine set of Schallers.
