Good general purpose FET
These P-channel FETs have been around for decades but are now hard to find. They are good with audio frequencies and general circuit applications, not HF.

The Original and the Best
I am currently restoring three Sony TC-770 machines, and I have the service manual on CD pdf. I find the original printed service manual much easier to work with than pdf printouts. The original Sony service manuals can cost a lot. But if you can afford them, I highly recommend them. Five stars!

Great Old Show!
