A useful alternative...

to neckstraps flapping about or nasty little loops of cord around your wrist. And probably safer (for me) than having nothing at all, especially during the cold hands season! I haven't used it in earnest yet, but I have fitted it and spent some time experimenting with adjustments and I think it is going to work out for me. It appears to be well made and I see no reason to worry about entrusting my camera to it. The Arca Swiss compatible plate does actually fit my Benro tripod properly - if fitted the right way up and a careful nip with the Allen key provided seems to be holding things securely.

A lot of function in a small package.

My PC had neither camera nor microphone - and I needed to join a series of zoom sessions. This compact device filled both needs very competently and I expect it will have more use in the future as on line consultations seem likely to be the coming thing. Download the manufacturers software you'll be able to experiment with it before "going public". The only other thing you might need is a suitable light.

Better than the films IMHO

Protecting your screen is a no brainer. I have used film in the past and it has worked fine for protection against the fine scratches that gradually blur things. I hope I never need the extra protection of glass - but its easier to wipe your nose print off this than off the plastic! I felt it was easier to apply as well.
