Love sauerkraut.
While writing this review the fermentation crock is bubbling away. I quite like the aroma but I'm sure it doesn't appeal to everyone. The unit arrived very well pack so you can be confident that it will survive the journey. The crock looks quite good although I had to remove the label as it was only half applied (difficult to remove). The base was a bit rough but was able to knock off the rough bits and got some silicon discs from Bunnings for the base to avoid unnecessary damage to bench tops. The pounder worked well but didn't use the shredder on this occasion.
Pretty happy with my purchase. 👍

I wish I knew about this product before not. Makes using Apple CarPlay very simple. Highly recommend.
