  The item arrived quickly in the most care-taking packaging I've ever seen. Wow! Thank you. The only reason I gave 3 of 5 stars is because the item is described as a "silent wall clock", which is important to me, but I can hear the ticking sound. Not crazy loud, but not silent.

  Plate blocks not as described - 14 of the plate blocks were hinged and many of the plate blocks were damaged (creases, large gum skips, disturbed gum, etc.). Sent seller a message about the issues one week ago, but seller will not respond.

  NEVER RECEIVED ITEM--3 communications with seller --all deceptive--all 3 different stories--SELLER gives tracking number but PO still waiting. Seller first says PO behind and not showing tracking and then says he does not use tracking on this type of item---then says be patient but item never arrives
