Best tool to stop smoking.
I quit smoking cold turkey over 7 yrs ago.
My son had quit for 10 yrs, went drinking with his buddies, thought he could have just one cigarette, now regrets because he wants to quit. He originally told me this book was how he quit. I ordered one and that was the only way I actually did quit. He wanted to borrow mine, but I ordered this so he would have his own, because keeping it on hand after stopping, for me, is essential. Anytime you start the stinkin thinking, you have your book there to help you remember why you stopped and help you not start again.
