  Hi, I received the creamer, absolutely gorgeous what I love about it, it's not plain, it doesn't have flowers, the pattern is so unique and the size is perfect, thank you for wrapping it up with such care and shipping was fast!!!!!   the Amp I bought was extremely poorly packed and came with literally holes in the side of it and the back panel was bent in. it was shipped just loose in a box with a few random pieces of cardboard and bubble wrap just kinda thrown in. I pack things for my job everyday and this would NEVER be how I packed anything. my boss would be furious. the Amp however still works so I'm just gonna deal with it but I will not forget it. and shopping was almost 100 dollars...

  I am very sorry to hear that. I have been selling musical instruments for over 28 years and have never had an issue. It was packed perfectly, many layers of protection as I always do, when I shipped it. Obviously the shipping company is to blame.
