Not without flaw, but pretty close.
I'll just start with the only thing that disappointed me. The couplers that come on this really should be replaced with Kaydees'. They're 'ok' if you don't mind an occasional decouple over your decoupling magnets, even when you never stopped to decouple. Sometimes on curves (my layout has minimum curves of 28" Radius) and I still get decouples, even on 32"r.
Other than that, the pricing on these is fantastic. The LOK Sound decoder is almost worth the price of this loco all by itself. The motor quality is fantastic, they're very well balanced and quiet. More quiet than several other brands I've got (top name brands).
Exterior detail is very nice, and even with all that detail, these still can be handled without fear of breaking all sorts of parts hanging loose. They're not without those parts, but there's also areas where you can grab without fear of damage, which are not really available on at least one other brand I have (of the same model loco).
I bought 3 of these, they work very nicely in a consist and maintain pretty close to perfect speed while configured together. Plenty close enough to not have additional power draw from them fighting each other.
Sound is excellent. Pretty much to be expected with a LokSound decoder. I have not even opened these to see what speaker they use but it's a nice one. These sound great.
These also come preconfigured to use RailCom Plus. All I did was place these on my programming track and pow, they were found by my DCC system and configured 100%. I added the photo I took and my configuration was complete. No CVs to adjust, not even the Railcom enable CV.

Only thing missing is extra queens.
Received this set and love it. Nice large pieces, with a great board size and the board folds into a case that's very nice.
As with all items I get like this with the blown-sheet-plastic piece separators, I use spray-foam on the back side of those trays and then put saran wrap over that so I can re-install it in the box and let it take shape as it dries. This way those film-plastic retainers last forever with the foam support behind. Otherwise they fall apart and all the pieces just rattle around in the box after a few years. If you do that though, be careful to use the minimal expanding pro-type foam so it doesn't keep expanding and break the box.
I wish it came with extra queens but I've been able to live without with other sets for 50 years so no big deal.

Great value chain
Replaced two old stretched chains and restored my lift adjustment so my forks don't drag on the floor and wear any more. 10' was more than enough for 2 pieces for my mast. Shipping was very quick and price was super fair. Highly recommended.
