Security for your spare top...
I bought this because, obviously, I have a second roof for my C6 Corvette, but because I like the way it is designed/constructed as an "H" as opposed to other racks that look like a "T." This rack allows for four screws to go into wall studs (I'm not sure how many screws the T-style racks use.) I was also able to leave my second roof in its storage bag and hang it on this rack, which provides additional protection to the roof.
I was fortunate to be able to buy this at a discount through an eBay promotion, because without the discount it's quite pricey--like all Corvette parts and accessories. (The famous "Corvette tax" is in play here.)
The only problem I had was that the pre-drilled mounting holes in the rack were too small for the screws provided. I had to enlarge them a touch with my drill before mounting the rack onto my garage wall.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the item. (It gets the spare top out from under my bed!)

Excellent product, but pricey.
Don't get me wrong...these are great towels, really soft and absorbent. They work very well--let's not get too excited here, after all they're just towels-- BUT, the pricing for some of the Griot's Garage items is really high.

My favorite band of all time...so I'm a bit biased
