Keep the bump off your Rump!
I've had numerous Suspension seatposts over the years. Most of them had very limited travel, but they did a decent job of "taking the edge off" of extreme road joints and potholes/road repairs. I bought this Zoom Post mostly because it was 450mm long and I needed an extra length post to work with a frame that is a wee bit small for me. The good news is that it works extremely well. It REALLY takes the edge off the bumps on my local cow trails. I put it on my hardtail Fat Bike. With 4.0 tires, they do a pretty good job of absorbing the hits on the front, but the hits on the rear wheel were enough to bump me off the saddle. The Zoom post has all but eliminated that! This post has made my Fat biking FAR more enjoyable! I'd recommend this post to friends and family as a low cost and fairly lightweight rear suspension option! Oh....and I checked before I installed it...and it came very well lubricated with some white lithium grease appled liberally on the post slider inside the rubber gator.
Buy it...you'll like it!

Don't look back...something might be gaining on you!
This is a really nice bar-end mirror. I personally gave it 4 stars because it seems a wee bit small to be perfect. It offers a view, but it's a fairly small field of vision. YOU may feel it's perfectly sized. Being down on the end of a drop bar puts it at an immediate disadvantage to some other styles. But, I chose this one because it does fit in a kind of out-of-the-way place. The ball end pivot works well and has help position on some rough roads well. It moves out of position if bumped or jostled, but is easy to re-position again.
Simply put, it does what it's supposed to and perhaps in my latter 60's, IF my vision were perfect, I'd be more enamored with it.

Toasty warm at 20 degrees and well made!
I REALLY like my new Rock Bros. Road bike Hand warmers! They ROCK in cold weather. So far I've ridden with them down to 20 degrees and hands stayed tolerably warm with some windproof gloves on. At 40 degrees my hands were slightly perspiring! Seams are double stitched and the Velcro that tightens around the bars is TENACIOUS at both the lower and upper positions! I've used them on both my CycloCross bike and my Di2 Ultegra groupo'd Madone and they fit well on both bikes. One thing I really like about them is that they don't have a "grabby pile lining" like other warmers. Those can keep you from easily sliding your hands in and out. These are a breeze to enter and remove your gloved hands! (I had to bite my previous pile lined warmers with my teeth to get my second hand in them after I used my other hand to pull on the first side! Not something you do on the move! )
No complaints from me! I'm even considering buying another pair to use Cross Country skiing in extremely cold weather conditions!
