Good for lazy people like me
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I was never the type of person to put an emphasis on working out, but we live in a society with a healthy lifestyle is more important than ever. Obviously dumb bells aren't the only equipment you need to become healthy, but this set of dumb bells are very worth it. They come as good quality as possible and are adjustable. I recommend them to any beginners or people trying to change their lifestyle. They also shipped rather quickly as well.
