  The DX-390 arrived as described and was working great and in great condition for its age! By chance I had a spare antenna so I replaced the one from the radio with its broken tip, and it appears like an almost new radio! Packaging was great with the radio wrapping in thick foam for protection. Shipping was thru USPS and arrived here in 5 days. Very happy with the purchase! Will trust this seller again for sure!
