Tone Your Tummy Type by Denise Austin (2006)
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich The book discusses the specific shapes women have and why. Then it sets forth diet and exercise programs to help individuals target their particular problem areas more effectively. An excellent resource, the first one that I have ever seen that addresses the individual rather than the entire population---especially since we are not all alike!

*a satisfying eating plan
*the right foods for the right time of day
*an exercise plan that is simple, targets all parts of the body, takes 20minutes
*a terrific starter program to help weight-loss start up
*a way to chart progress toward your goals
*and over 100 yummy recipes!
I have been very satisfied and delighted with the results--visible in less than 2 weeks! I would recommend this book to anyone who would like to make changes in exercise, weight loss, and eating habits.
