MFJ-4712 Remote Antenna Switch
This product solved a problem for me, allowing me to select two antennas remotely without having to run an additional control line. I was able to run one low loss feedline to the point where the antennas were terminated.

Actiontec MyWirelessTV2
This device was very easy to install and perfprms as advertised. I use it to remote programming from my Cox Contour cable box to my HD TV which is located in my kitchen area. I used to have another SD 2.4 GHz link installed for this purpose. My microwave oven always interfered with it. This new device operates at 5 GHz and there is no interference at all any more. I highly recommend this product.

How i saved a 14 pin IC chip
Well the chip appears to be working fine. However when I installed it in the socket of my TNC2 using a fourteen pin insertion tool two of the pins broke off. They appeared to have been stressed, probably during the pull. Fortunately there was enough contact area remaining and I was able to solder some small pieces of wire to replace the broken pins.
