Good features with good quailty playback pictures
Extensive menu options take a while to master as some menus take some finding.
It functions well with good picture quality.
The dubbing functions are easy to use. There are all the connections I needed and others I did not need but nice to have them there.
It is difficult to decide how good the up scaling is but from what I could see it did seem to improve the playback.
I would advise downloading the operating manual
Overall it did what I wanted and did it well..
