So far so good
I've never owned Winter tires so I did not know what to expect. I have however done a lot of research online about what the differences are between all-seasons and Winters.
The main reason I bought these was the price. You can't beat it. If they last 2-3 Winter seasons I would be more than happy.
I own a 2014 Ford Focus ST and the Eagle F1's that come with the car are awesome in the Summer time, but come Winter, forget about it.
So, making a long story short, I bought a set of 17" wheels and had these HW505's mounted on. The car feels nice and smooth, the ride is not bumpy or noisy at all.
As a matter of fact they ride seems a bit smoother than the F1's, I don't know why.
Now, I've only had them on the car for 2-3 weeks and I'm loving them so far even though they seem a bit heavy. At least I can tell the car doesn't pull as hard with these Winter boots on. I'm not complaining, this is totally fine for Winter driving.
I'd buy them again!
