She miscalculated the shipping. Then after the purchase was completed, she informed me that I had to pay $23. 85 Extra. She then Lied to eBay informing them that the item was Broken or Out of Stock! All in under 10 minutes. All in under 10 minutes. The bottom line is The Seller failed to honor the terms of the sale.

Lightweight and very cute!
This was a very cute costume. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and had to return. The top was a bit see-through so you probably want to wear something under it especially if weather is cool. Very cute!
