Good flight set up
Good controls and easy to set up the other buttons.
No force feedback but it still is a nice feel to it.
I like the separate or together feature.

Quality
This bench is exactly what it says it is. Its quality construction and easy to assemble. Folds up easily and sets up just as easily.
The pads are comfortable and the bench is sturdy. I'm 5'7" and its plenty long for me. The preacher curl pad is comfortable also.
One of the better bench set ups I've been on and is a great price.
The leg lift weight is Olympic or standard weight capable and smooth movement. Leg pads are comfortable but not sure how long they will last but that's with any leg pad. They wear out the quickest.

Quality watch.
Everything about this watch is right. Great eye appeal, easy set up, comfortable band.
Movement is smooth and it took a small amount of movement to activate the watch.
