A "Ghastly" Feast of Classic Comic-Book Horror
Of all the artists who worked for EC Comics in the pre-Code Fifties, there was one whose contributions to the horror genre stood out from the rest. His name? Graham "Ghastly" Ingels. I vividly remember reading a paperback of EC reprints back around 1966 (I was 11), and one story in particular has stayed with me over the years, about a man trapped inside a mausoleum with the corpse of his dead lover. It doesn't surprise me to learn that it was Ingels who illustrated this story. Aside from the few western and crime stories that begin this volume there is a wealth of classic horror, Ingels style, to be enjoyed here. He truly was the master of the genre.

Fever Dream Noir
Great film noir. Had a hard time finding a decent copy of this film twenty years ago, all the videocassettes were public domain and very shabby. Cast is outstanding, Steve Cochran is quietly menacing, as is Peter Lorre, who at the same time is pretty hilarious. Delicious cinematography, especially the scenes in Havana at night. Some very strange twists in this too, which is what makes this film particularly memorable. Do I recommend it? Absolutely.

Two of Her Best
Contains two of her best films, STRANGE CARGO and A WOMAN'S FACE, which may explain why it's a high-demand item. Finding this set at an affordable price is well worth the investment.
