GWA is fabulous!!!!!
They made sure I received my order in record time!!!
Now I can have the units installed.
They also supplied a help hotline number.
I had questions about my order they got back to me quickly.
During these trying times with Covid -19, they were on point. I can't wait to install the Ballast.

It works great
It was shipped quickly, package well.
The product seems to be handling what it was ordered for.
Great for small spaces in the panel.
I had gotten the slim units should have gotten the standard size breakers.
I am happy.

Bose is a quality product
The shipping box frightened me due to the poor state it was in. After opening the shipping I was surprised the product was in good shape.
The sound touch 20 unit was a challenge to get set up.
I have figured it out after downloading the manual. It was very difficult to get it to connect with Alexa😬😬😩.
So far I am happy with the unit after 4 hours of working with the unit.
I have the larger SoundTouch 30 which was an easy upload.
Oh yes the box smelled like cigarettes 😬😳.
