Brilliant
I took a course with Delores Custer in 2009 at about the time this book was published. Finally got a copy. It was an amazing experience to work with her and I was hoping the book would live up to the lady. It does. What a brilliant book. She explains the theory behind making food look great for the camera's lens and leaves no topic uncovered. Delores includes the history of food styling as well as her techniques. If there was a ever a grand dame of food styling that person is Delores Custer. Her book should be on everyone's shelf who is into food photography, food styling and even set design, props, etc. She creates art in my opinion and this book tells you how and why. And the book is BIG and wonderfully packaged for the ravages of research and even perhaps on the job reference. Big and thick, built to take a beating with a transparent plastic cover. Marvelous. Well worth the money.

Not Spaced Out
Ace is steady, coherent, loud and clear on this album, Spaceman. Some tasty rock tunes and solid grooves. Ace is in fantastic form.
