Best value nostalgia in years!
12 of the best known big bands, 20 tracks on each of 12 discs! Fabulous range with nostalgia writ large. The only disappointment was that the Woody Herman disc did not include Golden Wedding. How could thewy omit that? Fortunately I have it separately on another disc. Otherwise, great clear sound, and definitely great value. Many hours of enjoyment from this collection.

Simple, catchy and releant to the stories.
Maintains the interaction of characters from the original series and engages interest throughout. Occasionally the episode storyline is a little stretching of the imagination, but the essential concept of the series remains sound- a series of incidents occurring at various points along the long journey of cattle to market.
