Not new, not tested, not functional
Product DOA. Pins missing right out of the package. It is also labeled as new but it is most definitely used.
To verify that the motherboard wasn't causing damage, I reinstalled the original part into the connector several times before taking the picture. The picture attached shows the original part on top and the replacement part on bottom. At this point I'm just hoping that the replacement part hasn't caused more damage to the Switch.

Works, but not the best.
Set up is a pain, you still have to add hard drive, instructions are only on a tiny cd. After setup it works most of the time, but often has a delay, lagging, or choppiness. The mobile app with my cameras works perfectly and much smoother. Will likely end up discarding this NVR and running camera’s mobile app off a tablet connected to a monitor.
