Just buy’em!
I have been searching for a while now for silver interconnects that don’t cost the earth. Like many people who are into their stereos, I have had countless cables to hook up all the different systems I have owned. Recently I have found these cables and took the plunge and purchased the 0.5m pair to replace a pair of Ixos cables feeding my Quad power amp. The difference is night and day. More presence, more reality, more soundstage, tiny details present themselves where once they were masked. All this for a very competitive asking price. I am going back for more! !!

Why buy it again?
The sound is just so much better on the updated version. Bill Berry's drumming and Mr Stipe's mumblings are easier to pick out from the mix. And the background vocals from Mr Mills are a joy. When Peter Buck switches from a guitar picking style to a power riff it makes you glad to be alive. So a must.
