Great value kit.
Color is spot on for this type of commercial building. Also, with everything in the kit, after building the 12 foot tall structure, there are enough pieces leftover in the kit to build additional buildings. Would recommend.

"Set it and forget it"
With this product you never have to worry about if you closed your garage door or not when you leave the house. Set the timer for one, five, or ten minutes and it will close the garage door automatically after you leave. Just connect he two wires normally used on your old wall control, mount the unit and that is it!
