Get a pair!
Oh! That subject line was so fun to write! But seriously, I've been a fan of meditation for a number of years. I generally set aside some time a few days each week for meditation. More often would be better, obviously, and that is what motivated me to buy these Chime Balls. Meditation and mindfulness are natural partners. The tactile aspect of the Chime Balls in hand was my way of 'upping' my opportunity to more quickly gain focus and to maintain that focus to get more benefit from my meditation time.
Their weight is not overbearing, but purposeful. The chimes inside distracted me the first few times I used them, but then I just gave myself some additional time to familiarize myself with the whole of the experience, and all has been well since.
There are several ways a person can use these Chimes for meditation. The most 'popular' manner is to slowly manipulate these small musical orbs with your fingers, facilitating a circular traveling of the balls in the palm of your hand. Of course, with many things, practice makes perfect -- or, at least improvement.
Some people are so adept at this technique that they actually use two separate sets -- one in each hand -- as they relax themselves. Once you've loosened your fingers up a bit, and you get a rhythmic pattern going, it's almost hypnotic. Maybe liken it to a Mantra, of sorts, and it becomes less 'odd' and more soothing/activating.
If you're less gifted in the area of coordination, there is no shame is using both hands -- one ball in each. That's acceptable...honest!
The little ebay store I purchased mine from had several different styles to choose from. The price was almost NIL (under $10, including shipping), so I had a few reservations about the product: Would they really look like their photos? Would they SEEM cheap/poorly made? Oh...and...how long did I think they'd last??
I'm glad I put those reservations aside and bought the ones I bought from the shop I used, because they impressed me immediately with how sturdy and well crafted they are. They're still just as great as when I first purchased them, with no signs of wear at all...and the little box is holding up beautifully, as well.
So...if you're fiinding yourself thinking meditation would be awesome, but you might be wanting a little helper, spend some pocket change, and get yourself a pair of balls.

Weak And Inconsistent Signal.
It's just great if you are only ten feet away...but if you are more than that distance away, it loses the signal.
Horrible from 20 feet away, and horrible from 9 feet away with one wall between you.
I wish I hadn't purchased this item.

Make them do a double take!
For the saucy gal...or guy...This unique earring set will leave a lasting impression: The revolver seemingly errupting through one earlobe is logically complemented by its own ammo extending through both front and back in the other lobe.
This jewelry set is quirky and fun...Attitudinal for sure! If you're someone who likes to give 'em a little hint of that fiesty side within you...without screaming it from every corner of the globe....shouting it from every rooftop...this is an item you might consider making your own.
Show them...you don't have to be LOUD and abrupt to be viewed as ...just a little dangerous...
Sometimes, it really IS the little things that speak the loudest.
