wonderful people to deal with!
I submitted a request to return the item I purchased d/t not what I ordered. I was so impressed by their sincere apology for their mistake. I was ready to return item (waiting for a 'return shipping label'); however,I was informed that refund had already been made. Rec'd. msg. that there was no need to return item!!! How special is that?!? Kudos to the seller!! Hip-hip-hooray for such honest, respectable sellers!!! I will certainly return for more items!

Wonderful toy - our Westie pup nearly went ballistic over it!! She has totally crushed the bottle, but NOT the outer covering. SUPERB!!
